1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 12g555 (referred to herein as "12g555", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 12g555 website, platform, mobile-compatible interface and all associated services.

12g555 operates as an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. All balance and transaction figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users.

These Terms apply to all users of the 12g555 platform regardless of location, device or access method. In the event of any conflict between supplementary terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 12g555 platform, used to access services, place bets, play casino games and manage deposits and withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account, denominated in PKR.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity and age before withdrawals are processed.

3 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on 12g555, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly adults-only;
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf;
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration;

5 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different personal details, devices or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances arising from prohibited activity.

During registration you are required to provide, at minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Contact details;
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 12g555 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 12g555 requires all users to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. We may also require verification before certain account actions can be performed.

Accepted identity documents for Pakistani users include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back;
• Valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days);

All submitted documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. 12g555 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage in accordance with AML/KYC policy. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

7 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits are accepted via payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Available payment channels are subject to change at the operator's discretion and may vary depending on your location and account status. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown in PKR in the Cashier section.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name that matches your registered Account name;
• Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances;
• Deposits made in currencies other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate;
• 12g555 reserves the right to reverse a deposit where a discrepancy in account details is identified;
• Deposits for the purpose of money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must be drawn from your real-money balance; bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your 12g555 Account details;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as shown in the Cashier section;
• 12g555 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes — processing times vary by channel and are outside our direct control once submitted to payment providers;
• The operator reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing a withdrawal request, which may result in a temporary hold;
• 12g555 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal reversal window of up to 48 hours, during which you may cancel a pending withdrawal request from within your Account.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by 12g555 are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made available. These Terms apply generally; promotion-specific terms take precedence for the specific offer concerned.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 12g555 promotions include:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount;
• Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live dealer games may contribute less. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms;

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on 12g555:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the user after confirmation, unless the specific market rules provide for a cash-out or bet edit function;
• 12g555 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by system error, data errors or obvious pricing mistakes ("palpable errors"). In such cases, stakes will be returned;
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event, market type and account. These limits are set at our discretion and may vary;

11 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system loopholes for financial gain;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events;
• Any activity constituting fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity;
• Misuse of promotions, including arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or coordinated exploitation of offer terms;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing minors to access your Account or use the Platform in any capacity.

12g555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the above conduct, to void associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

12 Responsible Gambling

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 12g555.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12g555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption or any other loss or damage, even if 12g555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12g555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by 12g555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil KYC/AML obligations and communicate with you regarding your account and applicable promotions. We do not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

16 Amendments to Terms

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable.

Users located in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. 12g555 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.
